Honest limitations
Not every prescription can be picked up by a third party. We do not promise pickup in every case. We do not claim specialized medical handling, refrigeration certification, HIPAA certification, or any medical credential. Never send prescription details, medication names, dosages, or ID document images through the website form.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.

Frequently asked questions
Will you always be able to pick up my Rx?
No. It depends on the pharmacy’s rules and the authorization they accept.
Should I email my prescription information?
No. Keep health and prescription details off the website form and out of unsolicited email when possible. Coordinate directly with your pharmacy.
How is this different from pharmacy delivery?
Prescription pickup focuses on customer-authorized Rx release. Pharmacy pickup and delivery covers more general ready pharmacy orders and store-to-person runs.
