Honest limitations
Subject to each pharmacy’s release rules. We do not claim specialized medical handling, refrigeration certification, or any medical credential. Do not send prescription details, medication names, or health information through the website form.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.

Is this the same as prescription pickup?

No. Policies vary. We only pick up what the pharmacy is willing to release.
What should I put on the form?
High-level logistics only—locations and timing. No Rx numbers, drug names, or health details.
