How a typical run works
The shop stages the order. We pick up, keep the vehicle tidy and level-headed for delicate items, and deliver to the recipient with a quick confirmation text.

What it costs
Standard local rates. Peak holiday days may need advance booking; we will say so honestly when capacity is limited.
See the full table on our pricing page. Mileage is driving distance from pickup to drop-off. Payments: cash, card, or Zelle.
Honest limitations
We do not design arrangements or bake. Temperature-sensitive specialty items may not be a fit without a conversation first. We do not invent guaranteed holiday SLAs on this site.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.
