How a typical run works
You pack the items. We load what reasonably fits a standard local delivery, drive to the donation center you choose, and confirm drop-off.
- You pack accepted items and choose the donation site.
- We confirm volume is a fit for a standard local run (or quote extra trips).
- We pick up, drive to the drop-off, and follow the site’s accepted-item rules.
- If a receipt is offered, we can return it to you.
Have this ready when you request a quote
- Pickup address and whether someone will hand items over
- Destination charity or drop-off site
- Rough number of bags/boxes
- Preferred window
What it costs
Standard local rates by distance. Large cleanouts may need a custom quote or more than one trip.
See the full table on our pricing page. Mileage is driving distance from pickup to drop-off. Payments: cash, card, or Zelle.
Honest limitations
We are not a junk-removal or hauling company. No hazardous materials, and donation sites set their own accepted-item lists—we follow those rules.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.
