How a typical run works
You tell us the pickup counter, the drop-off shop, the part description at a high level (no need for internal SKUs on the web form), and the time window. We pick up, drive carefully, and text when the part is delivered.
- Share the parts counter and the receiving shop (or home garage), plus a time window.
- We confirm whether the part is ready now or may need a short wait at the counter.
- We pick up, keep the part secure for the short drive, and deliver to the bay or door.
- You get a quick confirmation text so the job is not left guessing.

- Supplier / counter name and address
- Receiving shop or home address
- Contact names and phones at each end when possible
- Whether the part is already pulled / paid
- Preferred window and any dock or bay notes
What it costs
Standard local delivery rates by driving distance. Extra stops and waiting after 10 minutes use the published add-ons. Heavier or awkward parts may need a quick phone confirmation before we commit.

Honest limitations
We are a local daytime courier, not a warehouse or overnight parts network. We do not advertise specialized equipment. If a part is not ready within a reasonable wait, we will talk through options before waiting charges add up.
Silverline Delivery is a father-and-son team based in Riverside — not a franchise network and not a separate office in every suburb. We still run regularly through Brookfield, La Grange, Countryside, Lyons, North Riverside, Berwyn, Western Springs, and Oak Park.

Can you wait while a part is pulled?
Yes, within reason. The first 10 minutes are included; after that, waiting is $8 per 15 minutes.
Do you deliver to homes as well as shops?
Yes, when a customer needs a part brought from a counter to a home garage or driveway.
What if the counter is out of stock?
Tell us as soon as you know. We can cancel or reschedule before we leave, or redirect if you have a backup supplier.
